Six steps to your goods
1. Inquiry & requirements
Send us your product list, drawings, samples or ideas. We clarify specifications, quantities, target prices and timing. You get: a first assessment of feasibility.
2. Sourcing & quotation
We identify suitable manufacturers and compare offers. You get: a clear quotation with unit prices, MOQs and lead times.
3. Samples & approval
Samples or prototypes are produced and checked by us before they are sent to you. You get: samples for your approval.
4. Production & follow-up
After your order confirmation we follow production on site. You get: regular updates on milestones and any issues.
5. Quality inspection
Before shipment we inspect the goods against the approved sample and your specification. You get: an inspection report with photos.
6. Consolidation & shipping
Goods from several suppliers are consolidated in our warehouse and shipped by sea, air, rail or express. You get: export documents and tracking.
Timing
Typical lead times
Indicative values — actual timing depends on product, quantity and season. We confirm a concrete schedule with every quotation.
- Quotation: usually within a few working days
- Samples: approx. 1–3 weeks
- New tooling / molds: approx. 4–6 weeks
- Mass production: approx. 3–6 weeks for standard products
- Shipping to Europe: express approx. 1 week, air 1–2 weeks, rail 3–4 weeks, sea 5–7 weeks
